Athlete Retreats

Athlete retreats will cover the mental side of being an athlete:
- How to increase your mental toughness
- How to increase your focus
- How athletes balance confidence and humility
- How to communicate with teammates, referees and coaches
We will remain socially distanced in my back yard. Athletes will be given a workbook, pencil and supplies that have been sanitized. They will be put into groups based on grade. The retreat is highly interactive and fun while staying distanced. The hope is to create a space for the athletes to learn, be inspired and dig into topics that will support them in athletics and in life!
Please bring a snack and a water bottle.
Tuition: $150/athlete. Full and partial scholarships are available by emailing me.
Location: 96th and 19th (exact address given at registration)
