Every Sunday from August 30-Nov. 29

Ballard Boys Club (inside)

12-3pm or 3-6pm (depending on age-group listed)

$80/player

5 Players and 1 Coach

BBGC COVID-19 Guidelines:

All entering must wear masks while inside,
Temp check and sign in when entering,
Players have their own hoop and bring their own ball, food and water.
Breaks every hour to snack outside where masks can be removed if 6 ft distanced.
Hands washed or sanitized before and after every break.

Saturday Athlete Retreats

Athlete retreats are a safe, fun and social way to learn about the mental side of being an athlete. Specifically, we will focus on:

- How to increase your mental toughness

- How to increase your focus

- How athletes balance confidence and humility

- How to communicate with teammates, referees and coaches

We will remain socially distanced in my back yard (with a giant tent if raining). Athletes will be given a workbook, pencil and supplies that have been sanitized. The retreat is highly interactive and fun while staying distanced. The hope is to create a space for the athletes to learn, be inspired and dig into topics that will support them in athletics and in life!

Please bring a snack, a water bottle and layers.

Tuition: $80/athlete/Saturday. Full and partial scholarships are available by emailing me.

The Ballard Basketball mission is to provide a competitive, locally-based basketball program that builds players skills and confidence and prepares athletes to play middle school and high school basketball.
Ballard Basketball runs select and elite teams, training, in house leagues and camps for boys and girls 4th grade through high school.
Our professional coaches provide a positive, safe learning environment.
